Just a Little Help – $297 ($99/month)

  • 3 month commitment required
  • 8 monthly individualized workouts
    • (2 training days per week)
  • Monthly 30 minute Zoom or phone call check in 
  • Access to personalized exercise program via TrueCoach
  • Up to 3 exercise modifications**
  • Nutrition guidance 

Dig a Little Deeper – $597 ($199/month)

  • 3 month commitment required
  • 12 monthly individualized workouts
    • (3 training days per week) 
  • Three, monthly 30 minute Zoom or phone call check in
  • Access to personalized exercise program via TrueCoach
  • Up to 5 exercise modifications**
  • Nutrition & lifestyle coaching

Give Me Everything – $747 ($249/month)

  • 3 month commitment required
  • 12 or more monthly individualized workouts
    • (3 or more days per week)
  • Weekly 30 minute Zoom or phone call check in
  • Business hours email access
  • Access to personalized exercise program via TrueCoach
  • Up to 8 exercise modifications**
  • Nutrition & lifestyle coaching

Each exercise program is designed to be used at least for 4 weeks before we moved to new exercises, sets, reps, etc.

**Exercise modifications are for exercises that can not be completed due to injury or lack of equipment.
