The first appointment is a complimentary training appointment. You will complete basic paperwork, review your goals and expectations, and go through a workout so Eric can establish a starting point for future training sessions.

No. Eric works with beginners and experienced clients. Sessions include exercise instruction, movement coaching, and progression guidance based on your current ability and goals.

What is the difference between one-on-one and small group training?
