Eric Feigl's Mission Statement:
"I am committed to using proven and safe training techniques that match a client's individual goals. My objective is to educate and hold you accountable while providing safe and effective personal training."
 
30 and 60 minute training sessions include
  • Health History Questionnaire review
  • Body Mass Index and circumference measurements
  • Goal setting and progression instructions
  • Nutrition counseling
 Exercise programs and individual workouts may include but are not limited to:
  • Pre & post physical rehab exercises
  • Dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells
  • Exercise Ropes, a.k.a "battle ropes"
  • Resistance bands
  • Body weight exercises
  • BOSU and stability balls
  • PVC/dowel rods
  • Trainer executed manual resistance exercises
  • Trainer assisted exercises
  • Foam rolling and lacrosse ball tissue release

Additional services: 

  • Non-training day exercise prescription
